Upon arriving at the dealership we were welcomed in. We were placed in the hands of Ed Doerge. He is a great salesman and overall person. He was friendly and so comforting. Ed has great knowledge on the vehicles and was able to tell us everything about the van. It has way more features than we even knew it had. Buying a vehicle is a big deal and not once did we feel pushed into anything. Our vehicle arrived on Wednesday and Ed texted us a picture of the van as soon as it came. The communication was great. Ed is very thorough with everything from start to finish, right down to walking us to our NEW Toyota Sienna. Mark was just as friendly. We felt so relaxed with Ed and Mark. Feeling frustrated I called Continental Toyota since a friend recommended me to them. I talked to Ed and Mark Doerge over the phone. I explained to them my rocky financial history and asked if they can help me. Mark talked to me about my options and what would work best for my budget and credit history. With his help and Ed's help I leased a 2015 Toyota RAV4 and I could not be happier. They worked with me and understood what I wanted. I told everyone about my experience and how pleasant it was. We walked in knowing exactly what we were looking for and when we couldn't find a match on the lot in the tri-state area, Chuck Gentile was quick to help us out and find one in production that we could claim. Chuck kept us advised on options and timing every step of the way and even made sure we received our new vehicle before we headed out on a trip...one last thing to worry about while we were gone. Mark Doerge answered all our questions and explained options during the finance process, and everyone from the service department folks to the cashier were very friendly and welcoming from the first time we walked in through delivery and a follow-up visit to get the bumper protector, etc. added to the vehicle.
