Because of their professionalism, and approach Mark, Gretchen, and Serena allowed us to experience the most enjoyable, and smooth car purchase ever. To be 100% transparent, we were in the midst of trying to work a deal with a couple other Mazda dealers, and a bit frustrated. But everything changed when we connected with Serena and the team at Autex. When we arrived Gretchen greeted us and and within minutes we knew we were in the right place. Gretchen and the team at Autex honestly shatters the stigma of what the traditional pushy car buying experience can be. Everyone there was sensitive to our needs and listened to what we wanted. Within and hour our vehicle was chosen and numbers run. Then all we had to do is wait for it to arrive. Gretchen worked with us after her regular work hours on a Friday night to arrange a weekend pickup! Once we arrived to pick up the vehicle we were greeted by the team and Mark assisted us with explaining the extended warranty, and financing. Originally I was dead set against any extended warranties, because of my previous experiences I was never able to take advantage of them. However their extended warranties, made sense, were reasonably priced, mirrored the factory warranty, and didn’t have a list a mile long of what wasn’t covered. Finally a sensible straight forward warranty! Gretchen then took the time to personally walk us through all the ins and outs of the vehicle features, and we were off. I’ve never thought of myself as a Mazda person, but I’m sold.😃 Thank you team Autex! More

Amazing dealership, no pressure/relaxed environment and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kyle and Nate worked hard to find the best financing for my poor credit. My cosigner lives in Mass and they dr very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kyle and Nate worked hard to find the best financing for my poor credit. My cosigner lives in Mass and they drove all the way there and back just to have her sign papers for 10 minutes! They also drove 2 hours to pickup my trade-in vehicle and leave me a very nice loaner car until I could pickup my new car. These guys go above and beyond to help and accommodate you! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!! Will be coming back here for my next car. More

I bought a certified 2018 CX-5 in October 2020. I couldn't have been happier with Gretchen Jackson and Mark Eber. I will come back again for my next car and I live 2 hours away! And Tony Sherman was an awesome service advisor. They had me in and out way faster than I could have hoped for. This was my 6th car purchase and it has been, by far, the best experience I've had.
