3rd Purchase This is my first purchase from the used car side of Jim Ellis. I will say there were multiple concerns during the purchase and even after. I told the This is my first purchase from the used car side of Jim Ellis. I will say there were multiple concerns during the purchase and even after. I told the salesman I would put a specific down payment and he told finance something completely different and I confronted him and he said he would fix it and never did. It was 3 days after the purchase when I was able to even pick up the vehicle as I understand it recently arrived at the dealership and needed some work. It would’ve been fine if I was told in the beginning. I had the vehicle for 1 week before I started to have issues and I notified the salesman, 3 weeks later I finally got the vehicle in and one of the managers told me they wanted to wait until my warranty kicked in before fixing my vehicle. Now there’s an out of pocket fee for me. I’m very disappointed in this entire transaction. More
