We’re sorry to hear you feel information was withheld from you — that’s never our intention. When you purchased your vehicle, we did inform you that it had previously been in the body shop. All of our pre-owned vehicles go through a 150-point inspection to ensure they meet safety and performance standards before being sold. The wheel scuffs are purely cosmetic and do not affect the safety or performance of the vehicle and although we aren’t required to repair any of cosmetic issues, we chose to do so in good faith to make sure you were happy with your purchase. As part of that, we repaired the front and rear bumper scratches, replaced the headlight and fog light, and buffed the scratch on the hood. If you’d like a copy of the "We Owe" document that you signed acknowledging we were taking care of these details, we’d be happy to print it for you. We do appreciate your kind comment about our team being friendly and hope to have the opportunity to rebuild your confidence in us.
