Misrepresentation of sale of new car In late February we purchased a 2017, MDX. 2 months later we discovered that the vehicle had been damaged and repainted sometime after manufacturing a In late February we purchased a 2017, MDX. 2 months later we discovered that the vehicle had been damaged and repainted sometime after manufacturing and before our purchase. The shade of paint was slightly different from manufacturer but beginning to blister. After many discussions and arguments with Napleton they pushed our concerns onto Acura USA out of CA. After many months of going back and forth with them they attempted to repair vehicle to near like factory conditions with a small compensation for our troubles. We are still not completely satisfied and are being stonewalled again by lack of response to our concerns. We were told that as far as they were concerned they have met their obligations to repair vehicle. We remain unhappy and are considering legal representation at this time. More

Acura RDX purchase. I wanted to use Napoleon dealership because of convenience but I did have to come back with better pricing that they certainly could match. Awesome Everyone I dealt with was FANTASTIC!! When I went to Acura that day I had NO intention of leasing a new car!! I went in to have my brakes fixed and Everyone I dealt with was FANTASTIC!! When I went to Acura that day I had NO intention of leasing a new car!! I went in to have my brakes fixed and Niko Vitureira, as always, was there to help me out (I always go to Napleton because of Nikos great service!). While I was waiting for my brakes, Mark Gawerecki was in the showroom and answered questions I had about leasing. In less than an hour I was signing papers to lease my first car and couldn't be happier. Mark was so accommodating and made the entire transaction super easy (he even came into the showroom from home to help me sign papers to transfer my title!!). I rarely had to wait, however when I was, Irwin Baker was there with his friendly smile and willing to chat and answer any questions I had. Nelson Adams was absolutely amazing. He spent so much time explaining all of the technology in the car and was so patient, making sure I understood everything. Nelson is such a kind and authentic man and Acura is sooo lucky to have him. Oh, and Bob Orlando overheard something I said and made a special effort to provide me with valuable information. More

Best Car Buying Experience Of My Life. All of the people that I came into conact with were both extremely knowledgeable within their area of expertese. Each and every one of them was clearly demonstrated that they were "people people". Mark G., Steve F., super guys,. William H was able to clearly explained several financial questions that another dealer left me confused. Nelson A. clearly explained the functions of the instrument cluster. I was introduced to Bernie S. who promised me, should I need it, top notch service, (and I beleive him). I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to family and friends, without hesitation. Originally, I was a service customer at Napletons. I received expert assistance and advice from the service department led by Service Manager Dave Marshall. Mr. Marshall went the extra step in working w received expert assistance and advice from the service department led by Service Manager Dave Marshall. Mr. Marshall went the extra step in working with Acura to get needed warranty service done on our MDX. Because of the great service that we received, we purchased a brand new MDX from the dealership in late 2012. The process was simple and the vehicle was prepped and ready to go when planned. The paperwork took a short time and we were on our way! Despite being 60 miles away, I would always consider them first when servicing or buying! More
