I knew that I wanted a Lexus so I booked an appointment at Herb Chambers Lexus in Hingham, MA. with Mark Hausman. I arrived at the dealership and Mark greeted me and showed me the Lexus UX I was interest at Herb Chambers Lexus in Hingham, MA. with Mark Hausman. I arrived at the dealership and Mark greeted me and showed me the Lexus UX I was interested in. Mark explained the vehicle to me and I then did a test drive. I knew the minute I arrived I wanted this, after driving it I was positive. Mark went out of his way to accommodate me as I came from Nantucket. We arranged that I would would pick up the car on Saturday 1/30 at 1030 am. My boat from Nantucket was cancelled and I arrived 5 hours late. Mark was understanding and could not have been nicer. I met with Joe Sullivan the finance man who was also great. Joe and I finished our business and Mark took me to my car and went over everything. I was on my way by 530 and made my boat back to Nantucket. Mark made my experience wonderful and I cannot say enough about what a perfect experience it was purchasing from Herb Chambers Lexus!!! More
