Because if the current inventory situation Mark suggested a Lexus Certified because he felt that one of the Certified RX350 models a 2020 was available. However it was not a color I would choose. A few day later Mark called me and told me he just got exactly what I wanted. I was away at the time but gave him a deposit over the phone and the deal was done.
