He spent time explaining in detail and in language I could understand about everything related to my new car. I don't think he would have let me leave the lot until I understood how things worked and until my every question had been answered. He made me feel like I was the most important customer he had to see that day and I could take as much of his time as I wanted. Hawkins has always given me expert, friendly customer service. When I was asked about a trade in I again was treated very fairly and again Mark wanted me to ride with him when he test drove it and we talked about what had been done with My Avalanche, and I was given a very fair trade. Tabitha handled the paper work very quickly and was very personable. Troy again followed up within 3 days to make shure things were going well with the pickup. Tom then sent an E-Mail to thank us for purchasing from them and asked if we had any questions to give him a call.
