I recently traded my 3 year old truck for a new 2013 with Mark Hawkins at Hawkins Chevrolet Fairmont. Hawkins definitely made my first purchase from a dealership a good experience. My wife and I have both now purchased vehicles from Hawkins Chevy, We couldn't be happier with both of our vehicles. Mark Hawkins is a very courteous, respectful person. He took the time to listen to our needs, interests and financial limitations. Buying our new 2013 Malibu was a wonderful experience. Mark was always more than willing to answer any questions that we had and was very patient with us. With us looking at the new model 2013 Malibu the Mark was always more than willing to answer any questions that we had and was very patient with us. With us looking at the new model 2013 Malibu there was not as much familiarity of the vehicle but if Mark didn't know something that I questioned about,he went out of his way to find the information out for us. If he was busy with another customer when we stopped in there was always another helpful staff member to come to our aide until Mark was available. Tabitha, in the business office, was also very friendly and easy to work with. All office staff are friendly and offer help without you have to wander and ask. Thank you so much Hawkins!!!
