Buying our new 2013 Malibu was a wonderful experience. Mark was always more than willing to answer any questions that we had and was very patient with us. With us looking at the new model 2013 Malibu the Mark was always more than willing to answer any questions that we had and was very patient with us. With us looking at the new model 2013 Malibu there was not as much familiarity of the vehicle but if Mark didn't know something that I questioned about,he went out of his way to find the information out for us. If he was busy with another customer when we stopped in there was always another helpful staff member to come to our aide until Mark was available. Tabitha, in the business office, was also very friendly and easy to work with. All office staff are friendly and offer help without you have to wander and ask. Thank you so much Hawkins!!! Chris Finck was a wonderful salesman; he found the right SUV for me for the right price and offered a no-pressure sales experience. Tabitha Bicknase got me a decent loan rate from Ally (much better than what my bank was offering me) and Mark Hawkins made a very fair offer on my trade-in. And they were able to make the sale happen easily without any hiccups. All in all, Hawkins Chevrolet is a class act! I'll definitely be back. More

I was very impressed with Troy as an auto dealer. He greeted us in the car lot, was very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Earlier in the day I went to a dealer that just didn't seem interested in sel greeted us in the car lot, was very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Earlier in the day I went to a dealer that just didn't seem interested in selling me a car so I left without even test driving anything. Troy seemed interested in what I was looking for and what I didn't want in a new car. We test drove only one car. I then said I was going to Mankato to look. He said he would offer me a great deal and keeping business local made owning a car and getting it serviced a lot more convenient. I spent the rest of the day test driving in Mankato. What a let down. The salesmen/women were pushy and even if I said I didn't like a certain car, they still tried to push it on me. In the end, I came back to Hawkins and bought the car I had test drove earlier in the week. The price was good and by going online to their site, I was able to download and print a $200 coupon to be used for the purchase of my car. More

We were happy with the price we got for our 2009 trade-in and VERY happy with the price we paid for our new 2012 Suburban.
