TC was a great salesman for someone new to the position. Mark was wonderful! He worked with me to get me in my new car. Chris was difficult to pin down to complete paperwork to finish sale. The approach to Mark was wonderful! He worked with me to get me in my new car. Chris was difficult to pin down to complete paperwork to finish sale. The approach to sale me a warranty package (that included oil changes, etc), was upsetting to me. I do not want to be "Forcefed" anything. I got inconsistent information about services provided after the sale. The family plan should be optional. I nearly left to see another dealership because I was forced to have this provided, affecting the cost of the car. Many thanks again to Mark and TC. More
