KUDOS to Jimmy and the service department have always been outstanding with service on the GMC I traded in. Sales Department: No paperwork was received upon purchase, other than the registration. I been outstanding with service on the GMC I traded in. Sales Department: No paperwork was received upon purchase, other than the registration. I found a safety recall that needed to be addressed. Blake advised that the repair was completed on November 21st and he had the paperwork for me, but it was not provided when I picked up the vehicle. The salesman had no idea it was ready for final prep, so this delayed pick up even longer. The Purchase and Sales agreement was signed on November 8. A check was sent overnight for full payment on November 17 from my bank. I was not able to take possession until November 25. A hard copy of the purchase and sales agreement, the safety recall repair from Dartmouth Toyota, Carfax report (mentioned in the ad, but only to the extent that there was only one prior owner) and the express warranty coverage would be appreciated. This vehicle should have been thoroughly checked before offered for sale. I had to find the safety recall (rear axle that may impact brakes) on my own. I had pre-arranged financing with my bank; there was a lack of communication between the bank and dealership. The salesman said 'waiting on payment; bank says we sent an email with other docs needed' that were not provided. I had to call the bank and ask them to call the salesman, since he wasn't reading or understanding their emails. This is the first vehicle purchased from the dealership and it fell a little short. Communication is a key factor. More
