A Pleasant and easy going experience I have been working with Casey Toyota ever since I’ve moved to Virginia 20 years ago. This has been the third time I’ve purchased a vehicle from them I have been working with Casey Toyota ever since I’ve moved to Virginia 20 years ago. This has been the third time I’ve purchased a vehicle from them, They are A very Efficient, pleasant, welcoming and laid back team to do business with. I’ve never had an issue; and each Experience has been better than last. My car was totaled in an accident that was no fault of mine, and needed another car. I am recently divorced so my credit was terrible and I didn’t have a lot of income. I worked with a very Nice Gentleman by the name of Mark Kennedy who was a tremendous Help. He worked very hard to put me in a nice, safe, reliable updated car. And he succeeded . He kept saying don’t worry I make dreams come true. And he really did make this dream come true for me! I am now a sole owner of a 2018 Toyota Camery with very low mileage and all the updates and safety features there are, along with a low car payment. I would Defiantly recommend Mark Kennedy to be your sales man. He is a gentleman of honor, loyalty and dependability. He will get the job done . And the finance manager I worked with was equally the same. More

Great Service & Care Mark Kennedy is a wonderful Sales Representative. He is caring and patient. We have dealt with him for the past 4 years. He listens to your concern Mark Kennedy is a wonderful Sales Representative. He is caring and patient. We have dealt with him for the past 4 years. He listens to your concerns, needs, and desires. He will pick out vehicles that he feels will fit what you need. If at the first visit you don't find something or unsure about the vehicle or your hesitant, he will wait. I have never had him pressure us to make a decision. We have bought 3 vehicles from Casey and he has been willing to take the time to show it and complete the paperwork for the sale, even if the sale is not done until after closing. More
