Started off dealing with a sale person who was very professional and wanted my business. Went through the process, they gave me a final number and then sent me to the finance manager(?). Dude spent 5 poorly timed minutes trying to pressure me into buying the car. Kept telling him, I needed to go back and get some opinions on the price and he just kept pushing. "What can i do to get you to walk out with the car today"?, " Do you have to make a phone call"?. I get they're really just trying to push the sale to get if off the lot, but they gotta know by now, that how you lose people. Had, they just stuck me the sales person and let him work with me, I maybe would've went back and brought the car, but nope. More

The repair service dept. they lie and they’re lazy the fact that I pull my car off the lot with the tire signal on,and 2 notifications is ridiculous especially when they had they lie and they’re lazy the fact that I pull my car off the lot with the tire signal on,and 2 notifications is ridiculous especially when they had plenty of time to fix what ever was wrong with the car. So me thinking that the tire was going flat because of the change of weather I go and put air in the tire and call them and tell them the issue they set up an appointment I go to the appt and the girl at the front desk tells me that they fixed the notifications and the tires. Well that was a lie! Had to call her back to let her know the notifications were still there and the next day the tire went flat again. I have never seen anything like it. Just blatant lies. More
