This is the 2nd Kia Sportage that I have purchased from Overturf and Frank Valle. I had such a good experience the 1st time around that I had no hesitation in returning. I let Frank know that I was interested in trading in my first Sportage for a new one. I was given a very fair trade for my old Sportage and a good price for the new model. There was no hardball or negotiation necessary. It was a fair deal. As a woman negotiating a car deal on her own I feel like I was treated with the utmost respect and there was no attempt to trick me or take advantage. That is incredibly meaningful. I trust Frank. He is straightforward, knowledgeable, honest and so easy to work with. He took the time to explain the features of the vehicle and helped get it set up for me to drive it off the lot. As a previous buyer I can also attest to his willingness to provide o going information and assistance as you settle into knowing your new vehicle. I can’t recommend Frank and Overturf enough! More
