To whom it may concern. It's not typical to say this about a dealership, but it didn't feel like a dealership. I worked with Brian Joyce & crew. First thing I noticed is It's not typical to say this about a dealership, but it didn't feel like a dealership. I worked with Brian Joyce & crew. First thing I noticed is they love the owner there. his name must be Dick, as that's what they all kept calling him. He must be one heck of guy! They have a sign outside their offices that reads, "No Bull". Have to say I didn't smell any bull or stop in any bull. I can appreciate a place that takes their bull serious. Look, I hate buying vehicles & I usually end up walking out 30 mins after a test drive. The waiting game, the back and forth, the water, the smell of rubber from the new vehicles inside, c'mon, you know what I'm talking about. This was different, other than the smell and water. However I began to wonder if Brian J was putting on a special cologne manufactured by Goodyear. It served him well as he was a handsome chap, 6'2" of raw man who demanded respect. Serious though, there are few places where I've had a nice smooth no xx experience. This was one of em. I'll be back in the future, I have to because I received free oil changes. If I ever have to buy again, I won't hesitate to work with Mansfield GMC. Dick, you have a pretty good crew there, Keep em happy and your customers will be happy. - Thanks all More

I was looking online for the right vehicle and found exactly what I was looking for but it was over 1,200 miles away from where I lived. I w Buick. I was skeptical about the added hassle of buying a car online from so far away, but Mark and the team made the process easy. I also was a little leery of making such a big purchase without seeing the car with my own eyes, but Mark did such a great job of showing me pictures, real time video, and giving me his candid assessment. When the vehicle showed up, it was in great condition and dare I say even better than advertised. I would highly recommend working with this dealership and Mark specifically. More

Purchased a new vehicle I stopped to look at a used truck. Byron met me in the lot and listened to my questions. Byron was personal and professional which made for a good car buying experience. The deal ended up a $1,000 less than the used Canyon I test drove at Graham Chevy the day before. I felt like Byron was trying to get the best deal possible for me, not just sell another vehicle. More
