Warranty work and Oil leak repair I had my 2015 Forester in for warranty work on the rear coil springs, and to check for an engine oil leak. The warranty work on the spring was comple I had my 2015 Forester in for warranty work on the rear coil springs, and to check for an engine oil leak. The warranty work on the spring was completed in a timely manner. The engine oil leak would take more time to repair. I was given a loaner car to use until my car was completed. Service Consultant Juan Torres was very friendly and helpful in getting everything I needed to make my visit a pleasant one. I have 2 Foresters a 2015 and 2016 which have both been serviced at Castle and I have never had a problem with and of the service work preformed. More

Always a pleasant experience My 2018 Impreza Sport is my second Subaru from what is now Castle. My salesman is Mark Sattler, and he and I have had a good relationship over the yea My 2018 Impreza Sport is my second Subaru from what is now Castle. My salesman is Mark Sattler, and he and I have had a good relationship over the years. Steve, the service manager, has always been friendly and very helpful and I've never had problems that he hasn't been able to sort out. I originally changed to Castle (as it's now known) for my second Impreza because I didn't like the changes at my original dealer, and because they were part of the Costco plan. It has worked out very well for me. More
