I feel that Mark Smith did a great job of explaining our new car to us and helping understand the workings of the automobile. We first met Mark via email and after some negotiation, we weree able to come t new car to us and helping understand the workings of the automobile. We first met Mark via email and after some negotiation, we weree able to come to an agreeable price. We did feel that the Prius might have been priced a bit lower nationwide, so were disappointed we weren't able to get a better price, but were satisfied with the trade in price on our Matrix. The finance department was helpful and speedy and we appreciated that. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we love our new Prius! Thank you to Mark, again, for spending so much time with us after the sale just making us feel comfortable in our car. More

Mark Smith was wonderful to work with. No high-pressure and he was easy to work with. The reason I only rated customer service and my overall experience at a 4 is because when it came to financing, the ge and he was easy to work with. The reason I only rated customer service and my overall experience at a 4 is because when it came to financing, the gentleman I spoke with had very little customer service and made it sound like he was doing me a favor. I didn't appreciate his attitude at all. However, I would recommend Mark Smith and Eddy's Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. A dear friend of mine and her son both just purchased new cars from Eddy's and they are thrilled with thier purchases too. I love my vehicle and with the exception of the finance guy, I had a great experience with the dealership. Mark, keep up the good work and when I'm ready to buy again, the first place I will go to is Eddy's Toyota of Wichita! More

This is the second vehicle I've purchased From Eddy's Toyota. The 1st 24 years ago '87 Camry and now an '11 Highlander. The old "sales" methodology kept me away for years. Salesmen of "yesteryear" wer Toyota. The 1st 24 years ago '87 Camry and now an '11 Highlander. The old "sales" methodology kept me away for years. Salesmen of "yesteryear" were good at "Blowing smoke" arrogantly at customers and were a big turn off. Today, when I've been given the facts that apply, confirm my own research, They gave the best price, and I make an informed decision. A fair price, without hours of haggling goes a long way, that's what Mark Smith gave me. I decide when to buy in or keep what I'm driving. Generally, Toyota makes very reliable vehicles, maintenance expenses for the long haul provide good return on the investment in per mile costs. The replacement parts are plentiful and economical from the dealership or aftermarket. Eddy's service department is well trained to get a job done quick and competitively priced. My wife hated the idea of going to a dealership , but now, she's refined herself into enjoying the pampering for service or car washes. (You have her hooked!) Thanks Mark for the great experience.
