Love the sales department. Bought an entire vehicle there. Went in to redeem my free oil change & when the service adviser came and rattled off quickly what else I needed done Bought an entire vehicle there. Went in to redeem my free oil change & when the service adviser came and rattled off quickly what else I needed done and quoted me $1600 then said “want me to start now” I declined and because I wasn’t getting the work done there and then he wouldn’t give me the diagnosis of what was wrong with the vehicle I BOUGHT FROM THEM LEAS THAN A YEAR AGO. Patriot called an corrected the service adviser mistake and made things right in less than 3 minutes! That was my only complaint and they corrected it. Back to 5 stars More
