I had an issue I asked them to correct on a vehicle under warranty. I was advised I would have to take the vehicle back to where I purchased it despite using the dealership for a year. While I was there, I went in to talk about ordering a new Tahoe. I was invisible to the sales manager who was there. When I said I had a question they just looked at me and ignored me. I feel like they did it because at the time I was cleaning and I’m female so I guess I didn’t look like a viable customer to them. I like the person in service, Taylor, but the rest of them are not focused on customer service and I won’t go back. Interestingly, the manager left me a rather terse voicemail about my review. Once again Patriot Chevrolet delivered superior service. I have two vehicles that I entrust to Patriot to make sure I and my teen daughter get safely to where we need to go. At previous dealerships I did business with, I felt intimidated to tell a technician what I thought my car needed so I had to bring my husband along. At Patriot, they patiently listen to what I want serviced and also what symptoms my car exhibits so they can diagnose any problems. Women will feel welcome and not intimidated at Patriot. I am a middle aged female with advanced education but I know very little about cars. The technician went through my car at my request to do an overall checkup. He spotted some issues and took the time to go through each one. He was upfront about the cost per issue, how necessary or not it was to address the issue, and asked one by one if I wanted to fix the particular issue. I liked the transparency and the choices they presented. I really felt like they had my safety at heart. Way to go Patriot! Looking forward to many years of trusted service. Overall an outstanding experience. Now, how many times can you say that about a car servicing experience? I am keeping my business exclusively with Patriot. I am writing this review because they were that good and not because the above banner says "share your experience and be entered to win a $100 gift card" so DealerRater you can take my name out of the drawing for the gift card.
