I leased a new car from Mark Stechel and he was super informative and so helpful. He has a superior knowledge of all models and can quote features by rote. He steered (LOL) in the right direction and I could not be happier. Mark is an asset not only to Star Hyundai but to Hyundai car sales as a whole. When he escorted me to my new car he was attentive and easily showed me every single feature that my car had. It was an unbelievable experience and Mark made it so pleasurable. On the drive home, I was able to enjoy the comfort and ease in which I could control everything right at my fingertips (just as how Mark had shown me). Later on I shot a email to Mark asking if my other phone could be connected the the Blue Link simultaneously and he answered a swift "yes". I am so happy with the way we were treated there. Working with a Mark is a pleasure. He is honest and helpful thru the entire process. I have brought friends in who have been extremely happy. My last two services at this location was excellent. This time no so much. I had regular maintenance and my back right tire was always two psi less than the other three. I checked the tire while being on the time no so much. I had regular maintenance and my back right tire was always two psi less than the other three. I checked the tire while being on the vehicle for any damage in which I could not find any side wall damage nor anything obvious in the treads. I received a phone call regarding my vehicle once in the shop and they claimed I had a nail in the side wall. This is alarming as I thoroughly inspected the tires side wall and a nail in the side wall is nearly impossible under normal driving conditions and can only be obtained intentionally. They wanted to charge me $290 for a new tire which was a little high and plus I wanted to inspect the tire myself for the said nail. When I received my car the tires were rotated. I soon realized my front left tire was 33psi and my back right as well. My front right tire was 49psi and my back left was only 29 psi. Car was handed back to the customer in worse shape then when given to the service center. This is unacceptable not to mention the shady nail in the side wall. More
