From when I built the cars I was interested in online to going to the dealership to look at the cars I got the price I wanted according to my build. Everything I wanted like the mud guards & all weather mats were in the car when I picked it up & the car was clean. Mark went over the car great with me where I understood everything. Everything was done when I left the dealership as far as going from my old lease to my new one. I canceled my old blue link & my old xm on my old lease & had everything set up on my new lease. The paperwork went smooth also so did my registration, insurance & transferring of my plates from one lease to another. I am a satisfied customer & I would go back here again for a new lease in the future. More

Easy process and the best price. I am very happy with the car purchase at Star Hyundai yesterday. It was a very unique experience, much better than the experience at other car dealers I am very happy with the car purchase at Star Hyundai yesterday. It was a very unique experience, much better than the experience at other car dealers. The best part of the purchase is I did most of it with the salesperson Mark Stechel via emails. To focus on the actual cost of purchasing a car, about a week ago, I sent out requests of an out-the-door price quote of a specific model and trim of Hyundai SUV to 7 dealers. Two of them responded with an OTD price, four of them insisted to meet me on the lot to give me the price, and one said to bring in whatever the price I got from other dealers and they would beat it. Star Hyundai gave me the lowest price and a range of color choices. This price is in the lowest section of the TrueCar website. So my wife and I decided to go with them. Mark Stechel helped us all along. we ended up purchasing the car on the same day. We first took a test drive in the morning, then picked a color. The demonstration of car features was thorough and it took hours, more time than the paperwork itself. No surprise, no twist in the process, everything went smoothly and as expected. We felt well respected in the whole negotiating and purchase process, in emails and on-site. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends. More
