I brought my Traverse in for an early LOF in order to have my navigation system checked, as it was displaying “SD card removed”. When I returned to pick up vehicle I was informed that a 1-hour minimum s have my navigation system checked, as it was displaying “SD card removed”. When I returned to pick up vehicle I was informed that a 1-hour minimum shop fee of $197 had been charged in order to tell me the SD card slot worked but my card had failed. A new card would cost an additional $500+ from this dealer while perfectly usable 3rd party cards cost $25-$50. I believe the dealer should have informed me of the minimum charge for checking the slot when I gave them the car for the LOF. I won’t be returning for any more gouging. More

Very friendly and outstanding service. I’ve tried other dealerships but have decided I will go nowhere else to have my Chevy serviced. Mark did a phenomenal job explaining the repairs needed. When it took longer the explanation was logical and they provided me with a very nice loaner vehicle. Their pricing is fair and I feel like I get great value from the service. They also are fine with letting some things go if they just don’t make sense. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service from Mark and the crew. More
