We were worried that we wouldn't be able to get another vehicle since our credit isn't the greatest. Mark introduced us to Arash and he took it from there. Arash assured us that there was hope. another vehicle since our credit isn't the greatest. Mark introduced us to Arash and he took it from there. Arash assured us that there was hope. Yes, we drove home our "new" car. Both employees were friendly and seemed interested in us. My husband and I felt we got the "cool" attitude from a salesman at another dealership. You could feel the difference as soon as we mentioned our bad credit. Beau Townsend will get our business in the future. I am reccomending them to family and friends. More

I began dealing with Beau Townsend Ford in 2004 and what has kept me there as a loyal customer is the Service Department. Sales is a somewhat emotionally involved process but service is the anchor that keep has kept me there as a loyal customer is the Service Department. Sales is a somewhat emotionally involved process but service is the anchor that keeps you. I went in and Mark Tindall greeted me as soon as I parked and he asked what I was interested in. After I explained my needs he took me right to the vehicle I was looking for and all of the items I wanted in a replacement vehicle were in the 2010 Explorer I bought. The Finance specialist got me the best interest on the loan that I have ever seen. I am confident that my new Explorer will continue to run well with the Service Department maintaining it for me. Thank you all for another great buying experience. More

I had purchased a truck from your dealership previously and had dealt with Mark on that transaction. I was pleased with the service I received that time so I contacted Mark when I went to look this time. A and had dealt with Mark on that transaction. I was pleased with the service I received that time so I contacted Mark when I went to look this time. After describing what I was in the market for he took me right to the truck I was looking for. After the test drive, Mark and I sat down and discussed the sale and the term. He took the paperwork back to Mike and a few minutes later had the financing set up. I was treated very well by both men and everything was done in a timely fashion. Both times I have dealt with your dealership I have been very satisfied with the whole experience. More

Hello, I bought my present f150 from beau t. in 98/99 , the salesman was mike turner. Financing never came out of his mouth until I brought it up in our sales transaction .this was a quality sales experie the salesman was mike turner. Financing never came out of his mouth until I brought it up in our sales transaction .this was a quality sales experience. I saw a truck I might be interested in on your website in late december. I came by your dealership, it wasn't there. I work nearby, so I came back the following day and it was there. A salesman came out (mark tindall) and I requested a test drive. He informed me he had driven the truck somewhere, he had tie-down straps in the truck so had probably towed something. There was 500+ miles on it I think more than listed on the site. He said it was close to empty on gas, it indicated about 30 miles before empty so I drove around vandalia. While I was test driving he said that my truck wouldn't start, I told him it was a manual transmission, you need to push in the clutch, he made some smartalec comment that he knows how to start a truck, of course I went out pushed in the clutch and it started right up,just as it has every day since I owned it. I wanted to talk about buying it and sat down with him. He threw some financing paper in front of me, I told him I didn't need it, I planned on writing a check and use my truck in trade. He continued to talk about financing/payments for some time, so I had to remind him again I did not need it. I finally got tired of his insistence on payments and told him I would write a check for x amount and my truck. He made no comment, made no counter offer ,made no statement on trade value of my truck, nothing, just stared at his computer.after about 20 minutes I got tired of waiting so I shook his hand , he took my number and said he would call.of course he never did. So is this how you do business now? I will sum it up its okay for your salesmen take trucks off the lot , run up hundreds of miles on it and leave it empty? Sounds shady to me Do your salesmen know how to sell vehicles without harrassing people with financing who clearly don't want it? Obviously not Do your salesmen know how make a counter offer ? Apparently Not Do your salesmen know how to determine trade in values? I guess not. Do they know how to start a truck or know how to return phone calls ? no More

Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I wouldn't consider using another dealership for future purchases. This is my 3rd purchase here and the quality of service has always been excellent. wouldn't consider using another dealership for future purchases.
