He took the time to follow up and ensure I was happy with my vehicle after the fact as well. Mark has been a terrific addition to your staff and I greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with him. I do have a comment for the Chevy side of the house. I went over there a day or two before going to the VW side- where I purchased my last vehicle (2010 Jetta). The salesman showed me a truck driving by, a white one in the back, that you just got in, took my number and said he would call me that day with the information. I never heard from that person again, still haven't. Thank you again for the staff at Pete Moore Volkswagen. From sales to service I am very satisfied with the staff. More
