My experience at this dealership was not ideal at all. I walked in the facility and received no recognition on 9/16/23 approx 5 PM. In the office, men were playing around, two men on the showroom were wor I walked in the facility and received no recognition on 9/16/23 approx 5 PM. In the office, men were playing around, two men on the showroom were working with customers at their desks and I waited for assistance. There was a couple standing by the door who told me they had been helped and were trying to make a decision. A man came out of the office and asked if I'd been helped as he was going to the bathroom. I told him no. He told me to have a seat in the waiting area and someone would be with me. During the 15 mins wait, I watched 2 salesmen and the man who went to the bathroom try to get the couple to buy a vehicle. I walked towards the office to get assistance and a gentleman was sitting at a desk in front of the office. Mark assisted me. I test drove a 2023 vehicle and was advised the vehicle was new with 23,244 miles and never purchased. There was no price label on the vehicle and Mark advised he would give me a deal because of the mileage. Where's the deal? I was ready to go to Hyundai for their 2.9% apr. But, I was reminded I had to get a car that night. I picked up my vehicle the next day, Sunday, from the Nissan lot. I started the a vehicle and a name appeared on the screen, my chair moved, the radio station changed, the ac on blast. WHAT?! While exploring buttons, I located the navigation history. There's a ligit reason why there're 23,244 miles, but who put the miles on the vehicle if it's never been sold? I went to the dealership on 9/26/2023 for answers. Jermaine acknowledged the vehicles' history and ownership. Art said he was not aware of the miscommunication regarding the ownership of the vehicle and began to explain the necessity for a portion of the paperwork. Jermaine reset the vehicle's system. I'm still not satisfied with the transaction. At this moment I'm driving a used 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige that will be traded for a new 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige. Drove literally 8 hours just to work with Oscar and Mike. I am a pain in the butt to work with and they were the only dealership that was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted. They were upfront, transparent and extremely fairly priced. Only dealer on the east coast not trying to charge me an outrageous market adjustment. Never once did I feel presured or like I was in a typical dealership. I got a great rate, great price, great deal on my trade in and even a wonderful experience with the finance manager, Marcus. The whole process was actually enjoyable! I'm crazy and my wife and I get new vehicles every 2 years, they have earned my business for the future and I could not recommend them enough. The professionalism they show is something all dealers should learn from. More

Horrible experience today at this dealership, I would not recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Kia. Came in to look at a new Kia K5 GT only to find out they have a $5,000 “market adjustment” additio recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Kia. Came in to look at a new Kia K5 GT only to find out they have a $5,000 “market adjustment” addition on all vehicles which isn’t listed on the website. Complete waste of time, the sales person was very rude and unprofessional. I left the dealership and went over to Hendrick Kia in Cary and got the same exact vehicle for $6,000 less than what Fred Anderson was wanting to charge me. $6000 LESS! If anyone is paying $5,000 over sticker for a “market adjustment” shop around before buying. Hendrick’s sales people were friendly, welcoming, and wanted to help the customer get the car they wanted while not ripping their head off and putting them upside down in a loan immediately after purchasing. After a few hours of wasted time today I have a brand new Kia K5 GT sitting in the driveway and it feels good knowing I didn’t pay $5,000 over sticker for an adjustment. Fred Anderson should be ashamed taking advantage of people like that. I’ve purchased 2 new vehicles from the Toyota dealership and never experienced this. Needless to say I will never purchase another vehicle from Fred Anderson as long as I am driving. More
