Drove literally 8 hours just to work with Oscar and Mike. I am a pain in the butt to work with and they were the only dealership that was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted. They were upfront, transparent and extremely fairly priced. Only dealer on the east coast not trying to charge me an outrageous market adjustment. Never once did I feel presured or like I was in a typical dealership. I got a great rate, great price, great deal on my trade in and even a wonderful experience with the finance manager, Marcus. The whole process was actually enjoyable! I'm crazy and my wife and I get new vehicles every 2 years, they have earned my business for the future and I could not recommend them enough. The professionalism they show is something all dealers should learn from. More

Horrible experience today at this dealership, I would not recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Kia. Came in to look at a new Kia K5 GT only to find out they have a $5,000 “market adjustment” additio recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new Kia. Came in to look at a new Kia K5 GT only to find out they have a $5,000 “market adjustment” addition on all vehicles which isn’t listed on the website. Complete waste of time, the sales person was very rude and unprofessional. I left the dealership and went over to Hendrick Kia in Cary and got the same exact vehicle for $6,000 less than what Fred Anderson was wanting to charge me. $6000 LESS! If anyone is paying $5,000 over sticker for a “market adjustment” shop around before buying. Hendrick’s sales people were friendly, welcoming, and wanted to help the customer get the car they wanted while not ripping their head off and putting them upside down in a loan immediately after purchasing. After a few hours of wasted time today I have a brand new Kia K5 GT sitting in the driveway and it feels good knowing I didn’t pay $5,000 over sticker for an adjustment. Fred Anderson should be ashamed taking advantage of people like that. I’ve purchased 2 new vehicles from the Toyota dealership and never experienced this. Needless to say I will never purchase another vehicle from Fred Anderson as long as I am driving. More

I love my recent purchase experience on my 2023 Sorento at Fred Anderson Kia! My salesperson Mark was very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to get me the best price. While the salespeople on the floor may be genuine, the sales managers will try to cheat you out of your money by lying directly to your face. When your reply with facts easily researched on KBB.COM (the sales managers will try to cheat you out of your money by lying directly to your face. When your reply with facts easily researched on KBB.COM (the site they use for valuing an automobile), I was told I didn't have to be rude. What is rude about wanting a FAIR deal with a purchase and/or trade-in? If you have money that you need to get rid of and refuse to support worthy charities, feel free to throw it away at this dealership. If you value YOUR HARD EARNED SALARY.....go to a different dealership. You might get your money's worth somewhere else, but you most definitely will not at this dealership. More
