Buying on a busy day and Mark went the extra mile Mark set up an appointment for me on New Year’s Eve when a bunch of people wanted to buy a car! It took a while to get the financial deal worked out, Mark set up an appointment for me on New Year’s Eve when a bunch of people wanted to buy a car! It took a while to get the financial deal worked out, and Mark had to practically spin around to assist me and the other people he was helping. He got the job done and got me into my new Kia Niro hybrid in time for me to get me to my evening plans. I went back on New Year’s day to get a full tank of gas and a few items from my old car. Mark is a great guy but needs to work on his knowledge of the vehicles. As a sales manager, I wasn’t that impressed. I spent most of my time on Kia’s website.
