From the first phone call when I talk to Mark in parts and he gave me all the information that we needed to order the parts and they got them in right away. Tyler in service did an excellent job. He commu and he gave me all the information that we needed to order the parts and they got them in right away. Tyler in service did an excellent job. He communicated With us very well and they moved our appointment earlier because they knew my daughter was without a car away from home at college. There were some troubles trying to get the repair done but they stuck with it and got it done right.Tyler did an excellent job communicating with me and my daughter and they even had a shuttle service so my daughter could drop her car off and pick it up. I would definitely recommend your dealership Thanks Kevin and Savana Brandt More

I am treated well and given as much information as possible about the work on my Audi. However, I think (perhaps) the work is slightly overbooked. set up appointment 3 weeks in advance and drove 100 miles to appointment only to find out they didn't have parts needed to complete repair. so now after a 200 mile round trip and a whole day I have to do it to appointment only to find out they didn't have parts needed to complete repair. so now after a 200 mile round trip and a whole day I have to do it all over again! the only positive was the rip in dashboard that was caused by service tech during a recall was fixed. had 10 am appointment and didn't get car back till 5:30. total day gone sitting at dealership.
