Conred was very knowledgeable about the truck and answered all of my questions. He negotiated the trade and personally helped do the pre-delivery detailing. The final phase, of going through all of the gadgets and features of the new truck, was the best I've ever had when receiving a new vehicle. Conred was again very knowledgeable, he went through many of the features and ensured that I understood, answered all of my questions, and was very thorough. My compliments to this part of the team.
