UPDATED: Follow up by Service dept. Updated: The service dept mgr called us to follow up and have been great. There was a communication gap and they found it, and plugged it. They might have had a hiccup but the bottom line, they recognized it, and moved forward, making the customer satisfied. I could not be happier with the outcome since all I wanted was to be taken seriously, hear the problem, and work with us to a solution! Great job! Thanks again! I am only leaving this below, so other may understand what happened and see that regardless of the initial discussion, there can come good and a happy resolution. Only 100 miles over the 3000 mile warranty and been applying what was in the service bulletin to insure we didnt do something wrong on our end. After a few weeks and at lease 600 miles of use, problem didnt get better and they wont assist with us under warranty. Total nonsense. I promised him I would do this and I am.. so I would use caution if you buy from them, their ability to 'work' with the customer post-sale is very weak, if that. More

Bo Beuckman dealership satisfying a loyal ford customer I recently encountered a safety component failure in my 08 Escape. The electric power steering assist system failed related to a defective torque sen I recently encountered a safety component failure in my 08 Escape. The electric power steering assist system failed related to a defective torque sensor. The initial request to replace the steering column was denied by Ford Corporate Customer Service division even though the issue was part of a safety recall notice issued in July 14'. It was an unacceptable response for Corporate to deny authorization for the Dealer to cover and perform the repair. However, through Bo Beuckman's collaborative efforts we negotiated an acceptable resolution to this safety issue. Marty Friedman the Service Mgr, as well as, Mark Verbeck, the Service Writer, were instrumental in meeting this customers need. They recognized the value of a loyal Ford customer that has purchased multiple new vehicles from Bo Beuckman. I appreciate their efforts to go above and beyond to exceed the customers expectations. Based on this experience I will continue to patronize Bo Beuckman's dealership! More

I have been trading with Bo Beuckman Ford for many years. Chrisanna Jung and Mark Verbeck are superior, knowledgeable service writers with whom I have had the pleasure to work with over those years. They are service oriented, customer friendly, eager to please and ensured that service appointments were met on time and with close attention to the desired maintenance needs for my Ford van and Linclon Town Car. From time to time I have found it necessary to obtain the services of the body shop. Bob Miller and Bill Walsh were very accurate in their evaluation of damage repair and pricing, worked well with my insurance provider and met the scheduled repair events with high accuracy. I recently purchased a used 2013 Ford Flex Limited on a trade for my Ford conversion van. I had never before purchased a vehicle from Bo Beuckman, but due to the longstanding, excellent service I had received from his dealership team, decided to see what could be done. I was not disappointed. After outlining what type of used vehicle and equipment options I was interested in, I received notice that such a vehicle might be available. Mark Schneider and Larry Perez recognized my preferences and we made the trade without any pressure tactics, something I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Bo Beuckman Ford to anyone who is looking for an exceptional sales and service experience. More

While traveling to the STL area to visit my daughter our Expedition broke down. We where able to get in first thing Monday morning and by late afternoon that day we had it back and the vacuuming of the ins Expedition broke down.
