Have done business with Lexus of St. Louis for many years. The product of course is superb but the staff is even better! Mungenast is a quality organization in all departments. The service department is the consistently the best and may be their second best sales group. I have purchased two cars from this organization and The service department is the consistently the best and may be their second best sales group. I have purchased two cars from this organization and have used the service department for a car I purchased elsewhere seven years ago. Every encounter has exceeded my expectations consistently. Marty in service, Steve Zitko ( number 1 salesperson) And Brendan in finance were fabulous to work down to the last detail. Most telling is that these group has happy employees who are proud to work for Mungenast. More

Long time fan. I have been a car nut for 70 years and buying Lexus from Mungenast Lexus for the 30 years they have been a Lexus Dealer. They are the most profession I have been a car nut for 70 years and buying Lexus from Mungenast Lexus for the 30 years they have been a Lexus Dealer. They are the most professional and are the easiest dealer to do business with I have ever found-anywhere. Nate Hopson is the consultant I have worked with. In the 2018 model year I have had the occasion to purchase both a LC and LS 500 from Nate. He has been a top salesperson at Mungenast for more than 20 years. Look him up. Nate is very professional and will work for you. I would say the same for the Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager is also excellent. It would be hard to beat the Service Department. Mungenast has assembled an excellent team. Not easy to find in the car business. By the way, I have no financial or personal connection with anyone at Mungenast-just admire good management. More
