Several years ago, I was misled by D&M Leasing and had a terrible experience with them. Therefore, I was skeptical to try another leasing company, but ultimately decided to give Autoflex a try after h had a terrible experience with them. Therefore, I was skeptical to try another leasing company, but ultimately decided to give Autoflex a try after hearing the ads on WBAP. My wife and I then had the fortune of meeting Marty Mullen. We just couldn’t have been more impressed. He was patient with all of my questions and diligent at helping us. Beyond patience and diligence, he showed tremendous professionalism and courtesy. We closed the deal on a car for me and were so happy with Marty and Autoflex, that we came back to him just a month later to get my wife out of her old lease and into a new one! That was two years ago and my wife and I recently decided we wanted some new vehicles. There was no question that we wanted to work with Marty again. Just like before, he was patient and diligent and really advocated for us. I believe that just about the best measure of how you’re doing as a company is how willing your customers are to recommend your service to their friends, family, and colleagues. Marty was excellent, Took lots of time with us. Looked through all the vehiciles and helped us find the one that fit our needs.
