Once I decided it was time to find a newer 4Runner, I found a nice used one that I liked at Kenny Ross. I called and talked to Marv, who was friendly and more than willing to accommodate my schedule to s found a nice used one that I liked at Kenny Ross. I called and talked to Marv, who was friendly and more than willing to accommodate my schedule to show me the vehicle. Once I got to the dealership, the 4Runner was right up front ready for me to look at. Marv let us drive test drive the vehicle for as long as we liked so that we were comfortable with it. After the test drive, we worked through the numbers, which was a pretty quick process, and negotiated a fair deal. Although the working through the financing took a little longer than expected, we were still happy with the process overall. I will definitely get in touch with Marv at Kenny Ross Toyota the next time we need a new car!! More

How do I even begin to describe my experience with Kenny Ross Dealership? I’ll try as best I can… First off, I am a recent widow. I lost my husband just a very few months ago and without warning, and sti Ross Dealership? I’ll try as best I can… First off, I am a recent widow. I lost my husband just a very few months ago and without warning, and still trying to acclimate to the fact that I am now alone in this life, my car decides to “leave me” as well. I have never had to deal with buying cars or things of this nature, that was my husband’s job. Now, here I am trying to acquire an inexpensive means of transportation without any knowledge of even trying to do so. I asked my brother-in-law to accompany me so as to at least have some “knowledge and experience” to venture into this car buying world. A gentleman, Sales Consultant, Marvin Kotvas, just happened to approach us when we arrived and my whole preconceived ideas about the horrors of car dealerships flew right out the door! Mr. Kotvas (who I have now named, “My Angel”) stepped in to find out the nature of my needs and what my limitations were. Despite my obvious distraught affect (I was actually in tears at a few points during this process), Mr. Kotvas was extremely patient with hearing out my situation and proceeded to present me with the best of options to meet my needs. It is important to note that Mr. Kotvas most likely did NOT receive much of a commission, but he proceeded with my purchase despite this fact. In fact, I doubt that Mr. Kotvas received any commission at all! Eric Saloom, the Sales Manager, was exceedingly helpful in fulfilling my purchase on that day and without his selfless attitude and exceptional professionalism. I’m not sure what the outcome my “buying experience” would have been. Both Mr. Kotvas and Mr. Saloom are a rare breed in these days of ruthlessness and greed! I have an innate sense that they are both exemplary citizens and most likely, great leaders in their respective communities! You don’t often find honest and compassionate business people as these two gentlemen! I am lucky that I did, indeed, happen upon Marvin, Eric, and Kenny Ross in my hour of need!
