Don Davis service dept. I had an appointment at 1000AM on march 7, 2023, at Don Davis. Well, they took my car and parked it till 1245. I left before I came back, and no one answered the phone. I called again, and someone named Liz transferred me to someone voice mail. No, call me back. So I went back to get my car checked with the M. Ramirez. She never came back to, so I went to Manger he never came back. Finally, I looked in the bay. They were just pulling my car in at 1255. I told them this is crazy...pull my car back out. It doesn't take that long to have a 4 wheel alignment, rotation of tires,and balancing. I will never go back again. This place is sorry,lazy people work there and They do not communicate with you about your car.... More
