I was told they do not accept outside financing and that it was “company policy.” When I asked to see the policy, they told me there was no policy. I asked to speak with a manager, and they said the general manager was not there. I also asked for a business card or contact information and they would not give me anything. Then another employee came over and told me, “I’m going to be honest with you, we make our money from financing.” That made me feel like they were pushing their financing instead of being upfront with customers. The Camry I test drove was also in rough shape. The fenders were damaged, both bumpers were damaged, and the tires needed to be replaced. I was told some of the damage happened because their parking lot is small and cars get hit. Overall, I was very disappointed with the way I was treated and with the condition of the vehicle. I ended up leaving and taking my business somewhere else. More
