Buying a new vehicle is exciting in some ways and in other ways dreaded. Nobody particularly likes the negotiations for the best price on the vehicle, trade in, or interest rates however the staff I dea other ways dreaded. The negotiations were calm, all employes were professional and courteous. They did something rare, they listened to my needs and we came to a mutually agreeable decision on what I wanted. I cant tell you what a pleasure it was to work with Marvin, Brian, and Ed. I will be a lifetime member of the Toyota of Kingsport family now! More

Stopped in on a tuesday,was greeted in parking lot by Marvin Tolly.Told him I was interested in a Rav4. He got a set of keys and we test drove a Rav4. I told him what I wanted with the options. When to dealership Friday and vehicle had just arrived. We got together on price,so I traded. Shawn Thomason did the paperwork,super guy to work with. Picked up vehicle Sat. morning and Marvin spent a couple of hours helping me set up the navigation,entune,bluetooth phone system and explaining all the features. Great guys to work with. More
