I’ve purchased 3 trucks from this dealership and always had a good experience. I live several states away so depend entirely on the online advertising and the salesperson to get us to the finish line. On m had a good experience. On my most recent purchase, a 2023 Ram 3500 dually, I really wanted heated seats (I live in Ohio) and apple car play. I searched through inventory until I found one with those features in my price range. Worked through the sales deal, flew into North Carolina, arrived at dealership in the evening and signed papers. On my drive home I realized no heated seats and no car play as advertised clearly on their website. I was strung along for a week asking for positive reviews as they told me they would handle the situation. At the end of the day the resolution was to sell me a heating element at my cost and to go get a new stereo aftermarket at my cost. These items added a ton of value to the vehicle and were crucial in my purchasing of the vehicle. They’ve danced around a resolution, never had a manager call me even though I asked several times, and have since written me off. I’ve spent over 200k at this dealership and have sent countless others to the dealership over the last 5 years. It’s a lot of money for me and I have never felt less respected and taken care of as a customer. It was extremely unprofessional of them to ask me for s positive review before I received my truck and I’m so thankful I didn’t do that now. I’ve always given high scores to Kernersville, but from this point forward myself and my friends business will be going elsewhere. People often say “Why don’t you buy local?” And I tell them because I always felt like dealing with you guys was like dealing local. I was treated well. That is no longer the case. Be VERY careful dealing with this dealership. Their advertising is false . More

Mary is the best to work with at that dealership, she gets things done, and make sure things are always taken care of the right way, I wouldn’t want to deal with nobody else but her, and she makes buying gets things done, and make sure things are always taken care of the right way, I wouldn’t want to deal with nobody else but her, and she makes buying a vehicle very easy, and I will always buy from Mary for my North Carolina and South Carolina fleet . I just want to start off by saying, I’ve purchased many vehicles in my time and Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is by far my best experience. I researched for several months to locate a 2022 Ram 1500 vehicles in my time and Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is by far my best experience. I researched for several months to locate a 2022 Ram 1500 with a Black Widow package. Residing in Naples, FL., I was in contact with several dealerships in my area and none would budge on negotiating/matching the price that I found at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of NC. I never thought I would of driven 12 hrs to purchase a vehicle but I did and would again. The price difference was approximately $7k less than one Florida dealership. I placed a deposit to hold the vehicle with Samantha Steptoe and started the paperwork process. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I was introduced to Mary Badgett (sales associate). She was very much aware of my long journey and had the vehicle prepped for delivery and the paperwork ready for my review and approval. I must say, upon speaking with Mary, you can see how much she enjoys her position and how knowledgeable she is with the vehicles that are sold at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I found Mary to be polite and honest. Upon my approval of my traded vehicle price (which was at the top end of KBB'S value) I moved onto finance. I was introduced to Angela Adcock (finance manager) to review my finance options and available extended warranty coverage for my vehicle. Angela was very helpful and knowledgeable reviewing all of the available options in great detail.
