Mary answered my call when my car wouldn’t start and suggested several ideas. She stayed on the phone with me until my car was running. Mary then had me come right to the dealership even though I didn’t suggested several ideas. She stayed on the phone with me until my car was running. They replaced my battery and serviced a recall on the car. I must say this was the best customer service I have ever received at a car dealership before.
