The ONLY reason I continue to have my maintenance service done here is because of my service advisor Mary B. She is caring and most importantly honest. I’ve had other advisors who were less than honest about done here is because of my service advisor Mary B. She is caring and most importantly honest. My wife and I were lied to, told we needed an alignment when we dropped of our Murano. Then when my wife picked up the vehicle she was told all we needed was a rotation and balance which Mary claimed we ha when we dropped of our Murano. Then when my wife picked up the vehicle she was told all we needed was a rotation and balance which Mary claimed we had refused that service. Not true! We brought the vehicle in for oil change and low tire pressure and were also told that service was unable to reset the dash service warning notices unless we paid over $200 to pull the proper service code. BECAUSE WE HAD NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY What xx! Try hiring knowledgeable staff with better people and customer service skills More
