After letting us know what the available options were on the Pacifica on the sales floor. We asked to see one a bit less loaded. Mary listened to us and came back with a Pacifica that was as right as it could be. Finally. we more or less decided to buy the Pacifica she had brought forward from inventory. Mary did an excellent job of showing us the vans and she was amiable and did not apply any sales pressure. Our experiences with Jordan Slayback and Dan Sullivan were equally pressure free.
