after my oil change I experience an oil leak. I had to take it back to the dealership and have the replace a gasket on the drain plug. The technician also disregarded the max pressure rating on my tires and over inflated them. They also said that my lug nuts were swelled, and it would cost over $200 to replace them. I could buy them on amazon for under $50. They also tried to upsell me on engine filter and cabin filter. If they would have looked in the service report from the past, they were change not too long ago, about 12K miles ago. I did not work with a Mary Neiman, the service writer was Trisha More
