Before arriving for our appointment, I had made an inquiry through their website about a specific vehicle. I'm that request, I specifically mentioned to not call me, only to text or email. I was pleased that they listened and promptly responded via text and coordinated an appointment to test drive a Passport. When we arrived the next day, we were greeted and welcomed by Jaylin. He went to find Jason who we'd scheduled an appointment with. Jason was our sales associate and he did a wonderful job preparing for our appointment to test drive. He knew specific details of the vehicle, was kind, was a good listener, patient and didn't make us feel pressured at any point during our search. He was also knowledgeable about comparable vehicles and provided helpful (non-pushy) suggestions on other models. No one likes a pushy salesman. Thankful Jason was so polite and easy to work with. We were able to find the right vehicle for our family and at a price that fit in our budget. Jason helped get our paperwork going and connected us to both Austin and Gage. They were welcoming and knowledgeable through the paperwork process. We also met Mason, the manager, who helped ensure we were able to extend additional protection (oil changes, dent repairs, tire repairs, detailing, etc.) for 5 years after purchase date. This was a huge benefit for us and are thankful that the customer service was quality and their efforts to make those benefits fit into our budget. We are super happy with our new-to-us vehicle and are hopeful for it being with us a long time! And then coming back to Shottenkirk to upgrade in the future! More
