We almost walked away with the gimmicky statement from sales/finance "Well, if you promise your going to buy today" Trying to force someone into purchasing isn't the way to go. Kaycie totally understood that and did a great job recovering the sale. She gave us time and was patient allowing us to make the best decision for us. She is a blessing to work with and a great asset to the dealership. Kaycie earned customers for life! More
