He took the time to listen to what I wanted and was never pushing me to make an immediate decision or upselling me to a more expensive vehicle. He truly cared about what was best for me and patiently showed me all of the features of the Tucson. He also was understanding when I said I wanted to compare the price at Costco's dealer (and that dealership was the complete opposite). I came back to Shaker's without hesitation because of Mason and we made the deal. He handled the paperwork expertly and let me know clearly what I had to do. When I came back to pick up the car he had everything prepared and Jessica Deedon made finalizing the paperwork super easy and quick. I would recommend Shaker's Family Hyundai to anyone. More
