I came into the dealership knowing the vehicle and price range I wanted.They both went above and beyond to find the exact Nissan Rogue from another dealership because the color I wanted was not in stock. They had the Rogue transferred to Edmonds and I took delivery. Great Service! Great price! No pressure!! More

Very friendly service I did a significant amount of price comparison online before driving two hours to get to this dealership, which already had an excellent rating. When I did a significant amount of price comparison online before driving two hours to get to this dealership, which already had an excellent rating. When I got here, they were surprised to learn that the vehicle I had came to get had already gone to auction. They had the exact same make, model, and year on the lot, listed for a higher price - due to lower mileage and extra detailing they'd put into it - which they sold to me at cost, knocking 1200 of the list price for the mix up. The finance department also worked with me to make sure the loan went through my bank with the rate I had brought to them. I got a great deal without haggling on the car I wanted, and was in and out in less than an hour. They even washed and detailed my girlfriend's car while we waited for the paperwork to finalize. I'd recommend this dealership to anybody. More

New Altima! Great Experience! Great Day! Yesterday I bought a new 2016 Altima! It is the 3rd one that I have owned over a 20 year period. They are great cars. So, purchasing a 3rd one was Yesterday I bought a new 2016 Altima! It is the 3rd one that I have owned over a 20 year period. They are great cars. So, purchasing a 3rd one was not unexpected, but I also looked at the Sentra, Versa, and Maxima. Initially, I did not expect to make a purchase. I tend to take my time - I like "car shopping" and doing test drives. I really like learning about the new models and their features. I have been to Campbell Nelson for services and have always had a good experience. I met Roy after browsing the car lot and then going into the store to look at the showroom. What great showroom! I was greeted by a very friendly person at the storefront door. Unlike some car stores, I truly felt no pressure to make a purchase and enjoyed my visit. After about an hour I left the dealership and went and had lunch and looked at the information Roy and David (John?) gave me. I came back and shopped again. I was met with the same friendliness. After test driving a used 2014 Altima and a new Sentra (a very neat car BTW....), Roy showed me a new 2016 Altima as we were talking about prices and financing possibilities. We took a new 2016 Altima out for a drive - it was awesome! Plus I loved the color and how it felt during the drive. Roy was a great passenger!.... He was also a great salesperson - very easy to talk to and never any pressure to make a decision. He is one of the best I have ever dealt with. We returned to the dealership and David O'Brien came out and did an assessment on my 2008 Altima. He gave a very good price and Roy showed me the Nissan financing promotion. What a deal! So, we started the paperwork. I met Matt who offered me insurance options and then Cecil for the financing process. Cecil was great! He throughly explained everything. It was a lot of information - there are so many options but he made it very simple to understand. Just prior to moving forward on the deal, I Roy offered me an opportunity to meet one of the business founders - Mr. Campbell. What an interesting and pleasant person! Truly a people person. At the end of the day, I drove off with a new Altima. But what really made it worthwhile was the experience. This dealerships' personnel are easy going and respectful and committed to answering all your questions. WWZ More

I had 36 mo lease with 10,000 miles on it. More money for him! At the end of our meeting, he told me finance was not available to speak with me and told me to return another day. On the day I returned to dealership, I called ahead of time to make sure someone from finance was available to help me with car purchase. The receptionist I spoke with said yes someone was available. When I got to dealership, receptionist had me wait for about 20min and then told me I needed to make an appointment in order to speak with finance specialist about purchasing car. I've bought several cars from dealerships and I have never had to make and appointment to speak with a finance specialist. Buying out lease can only be done through dealership. I called Nissan Leasing several times and checked. Was very annoyed that such simple process involved two trips to dealership. What a waste of my time! I ended up going to another dealership. More

Amazing!!! I saw the Lexus Sc430 one owner on craigslist which directed me to your dealer website. I spoke with Matty Clough and told him I was 275 miles south in Oregon and would be driving up in 3 days (Monday) directed me to your dealer website. I spoke with Matty Clough and told him I was 275 miles south in Oregon and would be driving up in 3 days (Monday) to see the car. Matty said no problem,he was off Monday but would be happy to come in on his day off which he did. The reason I've given your dealership less than high marks is that when we arrived we found the car which was advertised as black but turned out to be purple, buried in the pack, missing the owners manual, only one key, water in the trunk and the battery was dead. A note to Mr.Campbell/Nelson " if I had such a dealership as you, and my customer was driving half a day to look a car, I guarantee you that I would have that vehicle detailed to the nines fully functional and waiting inside looking like a new penny" we did purchase the car so I suppose you could say ' what's the big deal' and we spent a couple hundred dollars on e-bay the next day purchasing the key and manual so I guess you could say 'all's well that ends well' but the fact remains my impression of your dealership is less than impressive. sincerely Mike McComas More

The Campbell-Nelson Nissan Dealership gave me an excellent experience. They knew that I was pressed for time to buy a car, and out of all of the dealerships I inquired with, they were the first one excellent experience. They knew that I was pressed for time to buy a car, and out of all of the dealerships I inquired with, they were the first ones to call me back. On top of that, my salesman, Matthew “Matty” Clough, was very understandable in my needs and he bent over backwards to help me get everything I wanted. He accommodated me in every way possible – I have 3 young children and I requested to minimize my time in the dealership because of it. Therefore, he communicated with me via telephone and text messages (at my request) and called me into the dealership only when it was time for me to sign papers. This saved me a huge amount of time and inconvenience, and for that, I am very grateful. As stated earlier, I was pressed for time to get a car, as I needed it within 2 days, and he was able to find me the exact car I desired, in the color of my choice, and with all of the features I wanted within that time frame. He went out of his way to obtain that particular car, specifically because it was not on their lot. He sent a driver out pick it up for me on a Sunday morning! I could not have asked for a better salesman or dealership to work with than the team they have at Campbell-Nelson. I plan on highly recommending both Matty and this dealership to my friends and family because they not only work hard to please their customers, but they personalize each experience. Thank you again Matty for everything you’ve done for me; I am grateful beyond words can describe. More

My wife and I just happened upon Campbell Nelson Nissan at the end of the day after checking out several makes and models over the weekend. We wanted to check out the Altima which was a car of interest on our list. We were greeted by a warm and friendly "Matty" Mathew Clough. Although it was near closing time at the dealer and there was no time for a test drive. Matty took time to show us the car we were interested in and answer all of our questions. He was very knowledgable about all the features and options available. He knew we were just looking and had not made any decisions yet, and showed total respect with no pressure or expectation to buy on the spot. The next day I went for a test drive and Matty had the car ready to go. I told him I had a certain budget to work with and with no hassles or haggling he made it happen. Thanks to Matty and everyone at Campbell Nelson this was an easy and pleasurable car buying experience. We love our new Altima 3.5SL! Mark Will Bothell,WA. More

My experience at Campbell Nelson Nissan, and more specifically with Matty Clough, was nothing short of AMAZING. In the past, my car buying experiences have been full of stress, uncertainty and decept specifically with Matty Clough, was nothing short of AMAZING. However, from first contact I received a level of professionalism and friendliness that made me feel at ease. The customer-centric nature of every step of the process was refreshing and delightful. So much so, that I bought a second car within a month! More

Matty was my first point of contact walking into the Nissan Dealership. This was mighty good luck for me, because he led me down the path to getting my dream car, at an amazing price, even getting me a Nissan Dealership. This was mighty good luck for me, because he led me down the path to getting my dream car, at an amazing price, even getting me a lower rate than I thought I'd be awarded! Nissan provides VIP service, beginning with Matty Clough. Matty spent time with me, learning my needs and hopes for the perfect car. He learned I was handicapped and needed a car with exceptional seating. He learned I had a child which means I needed safety and room. We "found" the car to best fit my needs (Pathfinder), but I couldn't quite afford it. I went home some what defeated, but got a call from Matty within a few hours of leaving the store. He had found the exact car I wanted at a price I could afford. I couldn't believe my luck in finding Matty as my dealer. He took the time to assess my needs, find the right car at the right price, and even after the papers were signed, he made sure I was happy with every detail. He even cleaned my carseat so I had a cleaned carseat to go in my immaculate new car. Such a treat. Thank you Matty for all you did!! Sarah Jimenez More
