I initially came in just for a test drive. Matt helped me with the car l was interested in. I drove it but it was not the right car for me. The trim had interior and exterior features that I live ! I decided then that I would be driving it home that day. He made the whole process simple and easy. I appreciate how knowledgeable and polite he was. I had a lot of questions. I am so very happy with my car and the service was excellent! Thank you Mazda of Thousand Oaks.
