Needed a nice reliable car. I needed a good reliable car for my 20 year old hard working college age daughter. I didn't really know what to expect when I went to Atlantic Honda. I needed a good reliable car for my 20 year old hard working college age daughter. I didn't really know what to expect when I went to Atlantic Honda. I could never have imagined that my experience would be SO flawless. I was welcomed by Frankie, then Matt and ultimately they guided me to Larry who listened to my desires and budget. We looked over a car and I met my daughter there later in the day. I had pulled her away from mid-term studies and she was a bit nervous and frazzled. Larry treated her with understanding and care all the while being proficient and knowledgeable. Well.......we ended up buying that car. Everyone was SO professional and friendly as they did their part.....from the guys I initially met to Jillian and Katelyn who took care of insurance, DMV and the signing. what a relief for me to know my daughter has a solid "good" car around her (and she's really stoked about the way it looks!!!) I gave her a couple of days to get used to it and asked her if she liked it and she sail she LOVED it!!! To top it all off, at the end of the process, Rick Alessi, one of the managers introduced himself to us and assured us that we had the entire dealership behind us. By that time my daughter was at ease laughing and smiling. A few days after we bought the car Larry called me to make sure I was happy and let us know that they were there for us. Thank you EVERYONE at Atlantic Honda for all that you did for us!!!! You took a huge load off a loving dad's mind. I had dinner with my son a few days ago-just graduated college and is working in his chosen field. I said, when you are ready to upgrade your vehicle............I have just the place!!! More
