I took my leased GLE350 for service, while I was there, I inquired about if possible to save on monthly payments. I had the pleasure to chat with Eric, he was awesome! I end up with a new lease of an upgraded model, lower monthly payments, ended my previous lease with no fee, the manager even waived my service cost. All were done while I was waiting for my car. The finance manager Matt was great too! He answered my questions and recommended what's needed, gave my daughters teddy bears, which really made their day.
