Mark was at the beginning very helpful, was willing to work with me and make sure I got what I wanted. The issue that arose was broken promises from him. I was told I was getting mats for the car for free work with me and make sure I got what I wanted. The issue that arose was broken promises from him. I was told I was getting mats for the car for free and a cargo mat for dealers price. Not only was this a lie, but I was constantly being deceived about the whole process. I was led to believe that he could accomplish this, but after two fail attempts I never got the mats to the price I was promised. I have no issues being told “no I’m sorry sir we can’t give the mats for free, best I can do is delete price.” What I have an issue with I being lied to and deceived, I wasted time/money/miles on my new car TWICE! If anyone is reading this, please don’t believe this guy, he has no power over giving you the deal you want , if you really want to find out the numbers talk to another sales person or Marks manager to make sure you don’t get deceived. Stay away from him if you want to stay sane, and save you time. I don’t want this guy to lose his job, but he really has to be honest and say “No I can’t do that.” More

A truly pleasurable experience! ! Normally, people avoid going to a car dealership (and, frankly, based on my own experiences elsewhere, I can understand that sentiment). But Pine B ! The entire process was not only painless, but enjoyable! I called Chevy and spoke to James and it’s that initial conversation that got me to drive down to Pine Belt. He couldn’t have been more patient and generous with his time. We decided on a Mazda and that’s how we met Seamus. Just an outstanding salesman and human. Once again very kind and patient. I am a strong type A personality and my husband wasn’t really interested in buying a car at the time….so good luck Seamus! Surprisingly, he didn’t need luck because everything he told us was straight forward and true. We found a car on the Pine Belt website and within 24 hours we were driving away in our new car. We were dreading the experience of buying a car but it couldn’t be any easier. There was no switch and bait just exact, accurate info from Seamus and the Pine Belt website. I plan on writing a longer and more detailed review, but the 'short' version is that Robert and Pinebelt Mazda did an amazing job of getting me out of a lease barely one month in (yes... call it supply-chai the 'short' version is that Robert and Pinebelt Mazda did an amazing job of getting me out of a lease barely one month in (yes... call it supply-chain haste) and into the exact car I wanted (Mazda 3 Hatch Premium AWD) at a payment we can live with.
