Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful. I told him what I was looking for in a car and he found EXACTLY what I wanted and I had my car in less than 2 business days. Frank is a financing exp I told him what I was looking for in a car and he found EXACTLY what I wanted and I had my car in less than 2 business days. Frank is a financing expert and got me lower interest rates than I thought possible with my credit. Jamil had assisted throughout and was personable and knowledgeable. Overall 10/10 experience. Wait times were next to nothing and couldn’t be happier! More

Matt did a great job juggling two customers! I purchased from out of state so when I arrived Matt had to split his time between myself and a customer already taking delivery of their vehicle. He was efficient and thorough, but never rushed, during his walk-through of all the fun and features of my Mazda 3! Also, Stephanie in Finance is very knowledgeable and thorough as well. Great team! We were walk ins having visited 2 other dealerahips prior that day. My wife originally didnt even want to look at the Mazda she had a prejudgement on its quaility. However we decided to give it a fair chance that day. My wife originally didnt even want to look at the Mazda she had a prejudgement on its quaility. However we decided to give it a fair chance as it was on our list and we needed a replacement. The salesman Matt was young but not pushy or aggressive. He answered all of our questions in a polite manner and was willing to show us the vehicle twice. As we saw it once that day then contiued to look at the last vehile on the list then return with our children to see if they also like the mazda and fit well. During our purchase we had a hitch, undercoating, and a body coating applied to the car so it had to spend a few days in service. The service dept was kind. They had some funny jokes which were approriate to the situation and made us feel comfortable. There was a delay by a day due to the undercoating so they brought us the car. I can honestly say that has never happened before. Every dealership ive had in the past has made me come collect my car regardless of fault. So my review is an easy 5 stars for both sales and service Great job Depaula Mazda and my cx90 PHEV premium + is amazing. More
