I used to be happy with the service a few years ago but not so now. I bring all my vehicles that I bought at Arrigo which is 5 including the 2 I have now for routine oil changes. Years ago I was able to walk out a maximum of 1 hour waiting, now I go there and it’s at least 2 hours sometimes more. I like all the service advisors because they are always honest with me, it’s like they have their hands tied on the wait time now. Now I am being honest also. More

Even though I had scheduled an appointment thru their website, they don’t respect appointment times and I still had to wait weeks for repairs. Service reps do not call back but only attempt to communicate via text message. I had specifically asked them to call and they promised to do so, but they did not. If this wasn’t a free warranty repair, I would have simply went to any other mechanic, paid the $500 bucks and had my car back same day. More
